Mumbai, March 9 – Sony Entertainment Television’s latest offering, 'Vashikaranam', will explore the multifaceted life of a woman, making it even more special, as revealed by the show's lead actress, Snehlata Vasaikar.
The actress will portray the titular role of Suman, a woman with a commanding presence and whom no one dares to challenge.
Speaking further about her role, Snehlata Vasaikar added, "I have played various characters across different genres, but 'Vashikaranam' has been a completely unique experience."
She added, "My character, Suman, is complex, powerful, and deeply layered, and portraying her has pushed me to explore new emotional depths as an actor. What makes the show special is its exploration of the many facets of a woman's life."

The actress was also seen in the fourth season of Bigg Boss Marathi as the first wild card contestant in 2022.
The actress previously gained fame for her performance as Soyrabai in the show 'Swarajya Rakshak Sambhaji' and in the Hindi TV show 'Punyashlok Ahilyabai Holkar', where she played the role of Gautamabai.
The actress stars alongside a talented cast including Milind Dastane, Ujjwal Tathe, Swati Bhingadive, Sharad Gurav, Chandan Jamdade, and Sweta Naik, among others.
The show has been produced by Yelkotti Productions OPC Pvt Ltd and directed by Avinash Waghmare.
'Vashikaranam' is set to launch on Sony Entertainment Television on March 16, 2026, and will also be available on Sony LIV.
