Vellore (Tamil Nadu), February 23 Actor-politician Vijay is scheduled to address his party meeting at the Agaramcheri village near the Pallikonda toll plaza on the Chennai-Bengaluru Highway in the district on Monday.
Ahead of the meeting, which is scheduled from 12 pm to 4 pm, the founder of the Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam left his residence in Chennai, Panaiyur.
Entry to the event is restricted to 4,900 people who possess the QR code entry passes.
Vijay had attended a party event in Salem on February 13.
Over 900 police personnel have been deployed for security.
