Kolkata, March 11 CV Ananda Bose, who resigned as the governor of West Bengal before completing his term last week, said on Wednesday that his dream of a "developed Bengal which is free from violence and corruption" remained unfinished, and asserted that such a transformation requires sustained effort and cannot be achieved within a short span.
