Vice-President C. P. Radhakrishnan will be visiting Himachal Pradesh today. He will attend the 9th Convocation of the Central University of Himachal Pradesh in Dharamshala, Kangra district. Mr. Radhakrishnan will also pay his respects at the War Memorial in Dharamshala during his visit.
