March 28, New Delhi – Vice President C. P. Radhakrishnan visited Jharkhand on Saturday, where he attended the graduation ceremony of IIM Ranchi and felicitated outstanding students.
Addressing the students and other attendees at the ceremony, the Vice President urged them to continue their hard work and maintain hope, as it will lead to positive outcomes in the future.
The Vice President arrived at the Ulihatu village in Khunti this morning, where he received a grand traditional welcome at the birthplace of Bhagwan Birsa Munda.
The Vice President paid floral tributes at the statue of Bhagwan Birsa Munda and interacted warmly with his descendants. During the visit, he also honored Sukhram Munda, a descendant of Birsa Munda.
He stated that people from Kashmir to Kanyakumari take pride in the sacrifice of Bhagwan Birsa Munda.
