New Delhi, April 1 The prices of cottonseed oil cake fell by Rs 38 to Rs 3,640 per quintal in futures trading on Wednesday, as participants reduced their positions, following weak trends in the spot market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, cottonseed oil cake for May delivery traded lower by Rs 38, or 1.04 percent, to Rs 3,640 per quintal, with an open interest of 18,260 lots.
Analysts said that the sell-off by participants at existing levels, amid a subdued market trend, weighed on the prices of cottonseed oil cake.
