New Delhi, March 13 Prices of cottonseed oil cake fell by Rs 11 to Rs 3,480 per quintal in futures trading on Friday, as participants reduced their positions, following weak trends in the spot market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, cottonseed oil cake for April delivery traded lower by Rs 11, or 0.31 percent, to Rs 3,480 per quintal, with an open interest of 48,640 lots.
Analysts said that the selling pressure by participants at existing levels, amid a subdued market trend, weighed on the prices of cottonseed oil cake.
