
March 07, New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will deliver a special address at a post-Budget webinar on March 9 at 10:15 AM, themed "Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas – Fulfilling Aspirations of People: Education, Skills and University Townships."
The webinar, organized by the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting in collaboration with the Department of Higher Education, will focus on key initiatives from the Union Budget 2026–27 to strengthen India's education, skills, and creative economy ecosystem, particularly the AVGC–creator economy where animation, visual effects, gaming, and comics converge.
The Ministry of Information & Broadcasting will host a breakout session on "AVGC Content Creator Labs in Schools and Colleges" from 11:10 AM to 12:40 PM, detailing the implementation of labs in 15,000 schools and 500 higher education institutions to nurture creative talent.
The session will be moderated by Shri Chaitanya Chinchlikar and feature a keynote address by Shri Sanjay Jaju. A panel discussion will include government and industry experts such as Shri Dheeraj Sahu, Dr. Ashish Kulkarni, Shri Rajan Navani, Ms Sonam Bhagat, along with a student representative from IICT and interventions from industry leaders.
The closing session from 4:30 PM to 5:45 PM will summarize outcomes, with a special address by Ashwini Vaishnaw at 5:25 PM.
