March 19, New Delhi: During the weekly press briefing in the national capital, spokesperson for the Ministry of External Affairs, Randhir Jaiswal, reiterated India's position on the ongoing conflict in West Asia, emphasizing New Delhi's consistent call for de-escalation, dialogue, and diplomacy to resolve the tensions.

He also confirmed that the United States has extended conditional sanctions guidance for India's involvement at the Chabahar Port in Iran until April 26 of this year, allowing continued engagement under the waiver while talks with Washington remain ongoing.
