March 25, New Delhi — An all-party meeting, organized by the Union government, was held at the Parliament complex today to discuss the ongoing conflict in West Asia and its impact on energy supplies.

Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri began the meeting with a detailed presentation titled 'The West Asia Conflict: Current Situation and Key Developments.'

Leaders from various political parties, including Abhay Sinha, Sanjay Jha, Tariq Anwar, Atul Wasnik, and John Brittas, were present.

From the government side, Union Ministers Hardeep Singh Puri, Rajnath Singh, and Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, along with Shrikant Shinde, participated in the meeting.

The government informed the leaders at the all-party meeting that more ships bound for India are expected to pass through the Strait of Hormuz soon.
