March 30, New Delhi — The Indian Government held another inter-ministerial briefing at the National Media Centre in New Delhi on Monday to review the evolving situation in West Asia.

Speaking to the press, the Department of Fertilizers stated that domestic urea output has significantly recovered after earlier disruptions in gas supply.

On the maritime front, the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways stated that two Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) carriers, BW Tyr and BW Elm, have safely navigated the Strait of Hormuz and are now heading towards Indian ports.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas reassured that there is no shortage of fuel in the country, with adequate stocks of petrol, diesel, LPG, and Piped Natural Gas (PNG) available.
