New Delhi, March 16 Newly appointed West Bengal Governor R.N. Ravi met with President Droupadi Murmu at the Rashtrapati Bhavan on Monday.
The President's office shared a picture of the meeting on X.
"Governor of West Bengal, Shri R.N. Ravi, met with President Droupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhavan," it stated.
Ravi was sworn in as the Governor of the state, which will hold elections, on March 12.
Polling is scheduled for the state in two phases – on April 23 and April 29. Votes will be counted on May 4.
