Multiple Passport Seva Kendras located at post offices in West Bengal received threatening emails today, warning of bomb attacks. Passport Seva Kendras in Coochbehar, Bankura, and other districts received such emails. The relevant office premises have been vacated, and the police have taken all necessary precautions.
This followed after judicial courts in West Bengal received emails warning of bomb attacks at the court premises on Tuesday and Wednesday. Police searched the premises but found no bombs. An investigation is currently underway.
