Jammu, April 9 The General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the White Knight Corps based in Jammu, Lieutenant General P K Mishra, visited the Romeo Force in Rajouri district, Jammu and Kashmir, on Thursday to review operational readiness and the overall security situation.
According to the Army, the GOC, along with the GOC of the Counter Insurgency Force (Romeo), visited the general area of Potha and assessed the prevailing security situation.
"He was briefed on the current security situation, ongoing counter-terrorism operations, and the coordinated efforts with other security agencies to maintain a strong and responsive security grid," the Army said in a post on X.
The Army emphasized that operational excellence, synergy, and constant vigilance remain the foundation of a strong security framework in the region.
