Jaipur, March 6 A woman was found murdered near a railway underpass in the Sikar district of Rajasthan on Friday, with initial investigations suggesting she was killed by her husband.
The deceased has been identified as Mamta, a resident of the Jhunjhunu district, according to police.
Her body was discovered by locals who informed the police.
Preliminary investigations suggest that her husband, Ajay, killed her and later disposed of the body near the Goriya railway underpass.
A team from the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) examined the scene and collected evidence, police said, adding that a search is underway for the suspect.
