World Plumbing Day 2026 was observed alongside the Jal Mahotsav at the multipurpose hall of the PHE Mawkyrwat Division in Mawkyrwat on March 11. The event was organized by the office of the Executive Engineer, PHE, and attended by residents from 10 villages in the Mawkyrwat area, including Myntris, shnong secretaries, and members of Self Help Groups. During the event, certificates were awarded to the participating villages. Demonstrations on testing clean water supply and installing water pipes were also conducted by local participants and officials.
