
Mumbai, April 5. Actress Ruhaanika Dhawan, popularly known as little Ruhi from "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein," seems to have become emotional as her on-screen mother, Ishima, played by Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya, is about to become a mother.
Ruhaanika shared a post on her social media account expressing her feelings.
She wrote, "They say mothers are the best part of life, and I'm lucky to have two. Today was so special, watching my on-screen Ishima step into motherhood. @divyankatripathidahiya, you've been a mother to me since we met. I can't think of anyone cooler or more inspiring to take on this journey."
The actress shared pictures featuring herself and Divyanka over the years, as well as photos from the set of "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein."
The first picture shows a cute throwback picture of young Ruhaanika and Divyanka posing in a car.
The second picture shows Ruhaanika hugging Divyanka at her recent baby shower ceremony.
Ruhaanika is also seen posing with Divyanka's parents at the baby shower ceremony.
Other pictures are from Ruhaanika's younger days with her Ishima.
For those unfamiliar, Divyanka Tripathi and Ruhaanika Dhawan gained fame for their roles as Ishima and little Ruhi in the show "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein."
The show was produced by Ekta Kapoor under the banner of Balaji Telefilms.
The show also starred Karan Patel, Anita Hassanandani, and Aditi Bhatia.
The main plot of "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein" revolved around the lives of a dentist, Ishita Iyer, played by Divyanka Tripathi, and a Punjabi businessman, Raman Bhalla, played by Karan Patel, who lived as neighbors in the same society.
Ishita is unable to conceive, and struggles to find a suitable match. Raman, on the other hand, is seen navigating his life as a divorced single parent to his 4-year-old daughter, Ruhi.
Their lives intertwine when Ruhi and Ishita develop a strong bond of warmth and affection, which ultimately leads to Raman marrying Ishita for the sake of Ruhi.
