
DODA, March 29: An awareness camp under the Youth Engagement and Empowerment initiative was held in the village of Shaie Arnora by the Department of Animal Husbandry, in collaboration with the local Kissan Khidmat Ghar.
The program involved active participation from both youth and farmers, who were briefed on livelihood opportunities and government schemes in the animal husbandry sector, including IDDS, IPDP, HADP, RGM, and NLM.
Officials provided details on eligibility criteria, financial assistance, and application procedures, encouraging self-employment and entrepreneurship. The camp served as a platform to motivate rural youth to utilize government support for sustainable livelihoods.
