Prime Minister Narendra Modi will interact with the State and Union Territory-level winners of the MY Bharat Budget Quest 2026, starting today. This initiative encourages young people to discuss the Union Budget and share their perspectives on building a developed India, or "Viksit Bharat." The event focuses on engaging young minds, or "Yuva Shakti," in participatory governance and economic planning.
This move also aims to strengthen the role of the younger generation, or "Amrit Peedhi," in shaping policy and contributing to an "Atmanirbhar Viksit Bharat" by 2047. The MY Bharat Budget Quest 2026 received a massive response, with over 12 lakh young participants and 47,000 essays submitted.
The Union Budget 2026 has been widely recognized as a "Yuva Shakti-driven" budget, placing strong emphasis on empowering India's youth through investments in education, skills development, entrepreneurship, innovation, and opportunities for future-ready growth.
In this context, the MY Bharat Budget Quest 2026, organized on the MY Bharat platform, has emerged as a unique initiative that brings the Union Budget closer to the youth of the country, enabling them to understand its priorities, reflect on its vision, and actively contribute ideas for India's development journey.
