New Delhi, February 27 Zinc prices rose by Rs 1.40 to Rs 328.35 per kg in futures trading on Friday, as traders remained cautious due to a lack of fresh catalysts.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, zinc contracts for March delivery increased by Rs 1.40, or 0.43%, to Rs 328.35 per kg, with a trading volume of 289 lots.
Traders attributed the slight increase in zinc futures to limited buying at lower levels, even as a lack of fresh catalysts kept overall sentiment cautious.
