New Delhi, February 24 Zinc prices rose by Rs 2.80 to Rs 329 per kg in futures trading on Tuesday, as traders adopted a cautious approach due to a lack of new catalysts.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, zinc contracts for March delivery increased by Rs 2.80, or 0.86%, to Rs 329 per kg, with a trading volume of 3,728 lots.
Traders attributed the rise in zinc futures to limited buying at lower levels, even as the lack of new catalysts kept overall sentiment cautious.
