New Delhi, April 8 Zinc prices rose marginally on Wednesday, increasing by Rs 2.50 to Rs 331.10 per kg in futures trading due to increased demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, zinc contracts for May delivery rose by Rs 2.50, or 0.76 percent, to Rs 331.10 per kg, with a trading volume of 342 lots.
Traders attributed the rise in zinc futures to increased speculation by participants.
