New Delhi, April 9 Zinc prices rose marginally on Thursday, increasing by 30 paise to Rs 327.65 per kg in futures trading due to increased spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, zinc contracts for May delivery edged up by 30 paise, or 0.09 percent, to Rs 327.65 per kg, with a trading volume of 37 lots.
Traders attributed the rise in zinc futures to increased speculation by participants.
