Tragic Incident Occurs on Kalamna Ring Road
Nagpur, April 10 — In a heartbreaking incident, a 15-year-old boy lost his life due to electrocution while cutting branches of a tree for fodder in Nagpur on Saturday morning.The mishap took place on the Kalamna Ring Road when the teenager, identified as Hidayatullah Hamid Hussain Sheikh, accidentally came in contact with a live electric wire while working. According to police, he became unresponsive immediately after the shock.
A local resident who witnessed the incident alerted authorities. Police promptly responded, bringing the boy down and rushing him to Mayo Hospital. Unfortunately, doctors at the hospital declared him dead upon arrival.
Hidayatullah is survived by his parents and four siblings. The police have registered the incident and further investigation is underway.
