New Delhi, Feb 3 (PTI) – Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha has sold her luxurious Bandra West apartment in Mumbai for ₹22.50 crore, according to real estate consultant Square Yards.
The apartment, located in 81 Aureate, a premium project by MJ Shah Group, spans 4.48 acres and features spacious 4 BHK residences. With a carpet area of 391.2 square meters (4,211 sq ft) and a built-up area of 430.32 square meters (4,632 sq ft), the upscale property commanded a stamp duty of ₹1.35 crore and registration charges of ₹30,000.
Sinha had originally purchased the apartment in March 2020 for ₹14 crore, and with the recent sale, she has earned a 61% appreciation in value over four years.
Interestingly, the actress still retains one more apartment in 81 Aureate, as confirmed by Square Yards.
