February 16, New Delhi – The India AI Impact Summit 2026 brings together policymakers, industry leaders, startup founders, and academics for discussions on artificial intelligence and its impact on India's economy and workforce.

Hitesh Sharma, South Asia Lead – Sustainable Impact at HP Inc., stated that AI is reshaping the Indian job market, creating opportunities for workforce innovation and cross-sector learning.

"When it comes to the nature of the workforce in India, it provides an opportunity to incorporate a wider range of use cases. We see huge potential not just to deliver, but also to learn from the ground up and bring that knowledge back into our offerings," Sharma said.

He emphasized the importance of cross-sector collaboration, where insights from diverse use cases can enhance AI applications while boosting skills development and workforce adaptability.
