New Delhi, February 13 Ajax Engineering has reported a 44 per cent year-on-year decline in net profit to ₹38 crore in the December quarter, due to a drop in revenues.
The company had reported a net profit of ₹68 crore in the October-December period of the previous 2024-25 financial year, it said in a statement.
The company's revenue from operations also fell by 21 per cent to ₹434 crore in the third quarter, compared to ₹548 crore in the same period a year ago.
Ajax Engineering is a manufacturer of concreting equipment.
