Akshay Kumar Recalls Embarrassing Past Incident.webp

Mumbai, February 14 – Actor Akshay Kumar, who is currently hosting the reality game show "Wheel of Fortune", revisited a particularly embarrassing incident during a recent episode.

The "Shark Tank India Special" episode saw Sharks Aman Gupta, Anupam Mittal, and Namita Thapar joining Akshay for some lighthearted fun.

During the rapid-fire segment, Shark Aman asked Akshay, "What has been your most embarrassing moment?"

In response, Akshay recounted an incident from years ago when he was attending a large event with one of his closest friends. An argument broke out, and someone began verbally abusing his friend repeatedly.

"He kept insulting him, and I tried to stop him. But he continued. I warned him several times, but he wouldn't stop," Akshay recalled.

Unable to tolerate the repeated insults, Akshay decided to intervene and even slapped the person in the heat of the moment.

However, unfortunately, the person lost consciousness.

"It was a very big party. My friend actually started crying because it was extremely embarrassing for him," he revealed.

Overcome with panic, Akshay genuinely felt like his career was over.

"We poured water on him, and I was praying that he would regain consciousness. Oh my God," he admitted.

Thankfully, the person eventually regained consciousness.

Looking back on the incident, Akshay acknowledged it as a mistake, saying, "Had it been today, I would never have reacted like that. For me, that was the real embarrassing moment, something I would want to avoid if I could. Today, I would simply walk away."

This special episode of the show "Wheel of Fortune" will air on February 16th on Sony Entertainment Television at 9 PM and will also be available on Sony LIV!
