New Delhi, February 12 Aluminium prices rose by nearly 0.24 per cent to Rs 318.20 per kg in futures trading on Thursday, driven by a positive trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, the price of aluminium for March delivery increased by 75 paise, or 0.24 per cent, to Rs 318.20 per kg in 25 lots.
Analysts said that fresh positions created by traders, supported by demand from consuming industries, boosted aluminium prices in the futures market.
