Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, May 17 – Andhra Pradesh Governor S Abdul Nazeer on Saturday highlighted the state government’s ambitious plan to establish a 'Quantum Valley' in Amaravati, describing it as a transformative initiative that will position Andhra Pradesh as a national leader in quantum technology research and development.
Speaking at the convocation ceremony of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) in Anantapur, the Governor linked the state's technological push with India's broader developmental vision under the concept of ‘Viksit Bharat’ (Developed India).
Quantum Valley: A Leap Towards Tech Leadership
Governor Nazeer emphasized that the proposed Quantum Valley, envisioned under India’s National Quantum Mission, would act as a dedicated hub for quantum computing and advanced technological research. The facility, once established in Amaravati, is expected to attract significant scientific, academic, and industrial collaboration, putting Andhra Pradesh on the national map of cutting-edge innovation.Viksit Bharat and SwarnaAndhra-2047: A Shared Vision
