Anti-Terror Push in Doda - Posters, Raids, and Public Support.webp

Security forces have increased anti-terrorism measures in Doda by putting up posters of active terror commander Saifullah at key locations to solicit public cooperation.

The posters feature a commander from the banned outfit Jaish-e-Mohammad and have been displayed at prominent public places across the district as part of efforts to track down active militants and dismantle terror networks.

Meanwhile, security forces raided a terror hideout in the Chilli forest area of Gandoh. During the operation, food and blankets were recovered, indicating recent activity in the area. Following the recovery, intensified search operations have been carried out in the surrounding forest areas to locate any remaining suspects.

Senior Superintendent of Police Doda, Sandeep Mehta, said the initiative aims to curb terrorist activities and enhance public participation in maintaining security. He urged citizens to share any credible information with the police, assuring complete confidentiality and protection of informants.

The intensified measures reflect a coordinated effort by police and security agencies to strengthen vigilance and ensure peace in the region.
