ASK Automotive Partners with Japan’s KYSK to Manufacture Alloy Wheels for Two-Wheelers

New Delhi, March 3 – Auto components manufacturer ASK Automotive Ltd has entered into a technical assistance and license agreement with Japan-based Kyushu Yanagawa Seiki Co Ltd (KYSK) for the production of high-pressure die-cast alloy wheels for two-wheelers.

As part of the agreement, KYSK will provide technical expertise and facilitate knowledge-sharing to ensure the development of high-quality alloy wheels. The products manufactured under this partnership will be supplied to a designated Japanese customer, ASK Automotive stated in an official release.

Highlighting the significance of the collaboration, ASK Automotive Chairman and Managing Director Kuldip Singh Rathee said, "Our legacy and expertise in aluminium lightweight precision solutions will aid in the development of high-pressure die-cast alloy wheels for two-wheelers. This partnership with KYSK will equip us with critical technical know-how, enabling us to meet stringent standards and manufacture best-in-class products for our identified customer."

The collaboration marks a strategic step for ASK Automotive in expanding its technological capabilities in alloy wheel manufacturing, reinforcing its position in the two-wheeler component industry.
