New Delhi, Feb 4 (PTI) – Bajaj Electricals Ltd reported a 10.7% decline in consolidated net profit for the third quarter ending December 31, 2024, at ₹33.36 crore, compared to ₹37.36 crore in the same period last year, as per the company's regulatory filing.
Despite the dip in net profit, the company's revenue from operations rose by 5%, reaching ₹1,289.72 crore, up from ₹1,228.24 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.
Segment-Wise Performance
- Consumer Products (CP): Revenue surged 8.54% to ₹1,038.45 crore, compared to ₹956.66 crore last year.
- Lighting Solutions: Revenue dropped 7.47% to ₹251.27 crore, from ₹271.58 crore in Q3 FY24.
Stock Market Performance
On Tuesday, Bajaj Electricals' shares were trading at ₹719 apiece on the BSE, down 0.19%.The mixed performance highlights revenue growth in the consumer products segment, even as net profit and lighting solutions revenue faced pressure.
