Bangalore, January 27, 2025 – Biopharmaceutical giant Biocon Limited has announced the issuance of Commercial Papers worth ₹570 crores through a private placement, following approval from its Board of Directors in a meeting held today.
The move is expected to optimize the company's short-term funding requirements and enhance its working capital management, aligning with its strategic financial objectives.
