Q4 Profit Soars on Robust BC Business and Aadifidelis Consolidation
Mumbai, May 15 — BLS E-Services, a digital services provider and subsidiary of BLS International, has reported a strong financial performance for the fourth quarter ended March 2025, with consolidated profit after tax (PAT) surging 58.7% year-on-year to ₹17.3 crore. The company had posted a PAT of ₹10.9 crore in the same period last year.Revenue Nearly Triples in Q4
Total income for Q4 FY25 rose sharply to ₹245.2 crore, a near threefold increase from ₹78.7 crore in Q4 FY24. This growth was primarily attributed to a higher transaction volume and value in the Business Correspondent (BC) segment, along with the consolidation of Aadifidelis, which BLS E-Services acquired in November 2024.Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) stood at ₹25.4 crore, up from ₹16 crore in the year-ago quarter.
Record-Breaking FY25 Performance
For the full financial year 2024-25, BLS E-Services recorded a PAT of ₹58.8 crore, up from ₹33.5 crore in FY24. Total income for the year reached ₹545 crore, marking a 76% year-on-year growth and surpassing the ₹500 crore milestone for the first time.Chairman Shikhar Aggarwal highlighted the milestone achievement, stating, “FY25 marked our highest-ever financial performance... We foresee a significant opportunity with the government increasingly outsourcing G2C services to third parties, amidst the growing need for scalability, cost-efficiency and last-mile connectivity.”
Transaction Volume and Strategic Alliances
During FY25, the company facilitated around 14 crore transactions, with a gross transaction value exceeding ₹87,000 crore. This compares to 13.4 crore transactions and ₹72,000 crore in gross transaction value recorded in FY24.In Q4 FY25, BLS E-Services established key partnerships with major institutions, including Canara Bank, Central Bank of India, SBI (for Home Loan Counsellor services), MeraDoc (Healthcare services), SBI General Insurance, Aditya Birla Health Insurance, and Bajaj Finserv (for EMI Card distribution).
