Profit Surges 69.9% in Q4; Full-Year PAT Jumps 65.7% to ₹539.6 Crore​

New Delhi, May 16 – BLS International Services Ltd, a leading provider of visa and consular services, has posted a strong financial performance for the quarter and full year ended March 31, 2025, buoyed by a surge in global travel and digital services expansion.

Q4 FY25 Highlights​

The company reported a consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹145.2 crore for the January–March 2025 quarter, registering a 69.9% year-on-year increase compared to ₹85.5 crore in the same quarter last year.
Revenue also saw a notable uptick, with Q4 sales rising by 54.74% to ₹692.8 crore, as against ₹447.71 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.

FY25 Financial Performance​

For the full fiscal year 2024–25, BLS International recorded a PAT of ₹539.6 crore, marking a 65.7% growth over the ₹325.6 crore posted in FY24.
Annual revenue rose 30.8% to ₹2,193.30 crore, up from ₹1,676.81 crore in the previous year.

Management Commentary​

Shikhar Aggarwal, Joint Managing Director of BLS International, attributed the stellar performance to robust growth in both Visa & Consular and Digital service segments.
"This performance was fuelled by a strong performance in both Visa & Consular and Digital businesses. EBITDA of ₹629.3 crore grew by 82.1%, while margins expanded significantly by 808 basis points to 28.7% in FY25," Aggarwal stated.
He also highlighted that the company undertook several strategic initiatives during the year aimed at strengthening its core business and exploring untapped markets to drive future growth.
“All these initiatives reflect our commitment to long-term value creation for our stakeholders,” he added.
