In the Indian bullion market, 24-carat gold was trading 0.5% lower at 1 lakh 55 thousand and 190 rupees per 10 grams. Silver was trading 1.7% lower at 2 lakh 40 thousand and 860 rupees per kilogram, as of a short time ago.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, the April contract for gold was trading 0.32% lower at 1 lakh 55 thousand 400 per 10 grams. The March contract for silver was trading 1.47% lower at 2 lakh 40 thousand 768 rupees per kilogram, according to the latest reports.
