Authorities seal key facility linked to death of seven patients as investigation deepens
Damoh, Madhya Pradesh – April 11: The catheterization lab (cath lab) at Damoh Missionary Hospital, where alleged fake cardiologist Narendra Yadav, also known as Narendra John Camm, performed medical procedures, has been officially sealed by authorities following the deaths of seven patients.
A five-member team of government doctors executed the sealing of the facility in accordance with directives from the district administration.

Fake Doctor in Custody; Accused of Multiple Offenses
Narendra Camm was arrested on Monday from Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, and was subsequently remanded in police custody for five days by a local court on Tuesday. He faces serious allegations of practising medicine with forged credentials.
The complaint was filed by Dr MK Jain, Chief Medical and Health Officer (CMHO) of Damoh district. Camm has been booked under charges of forgery and dishonest misappropriation.
Investigation Focuses on Medical Malpractice and Patient Deaths
The sealing of the cath lab is a critical step in the ongoing investigation, as officials believe it holds crucial evidence connected to the alleged malpractice. The lab had reportedly been the site of multiple procedures conducted by Camm, seven of which resulted in patient fatalities.
