The document, highlighting 20 key promises, was unveiled by Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, Deputy CM Arun Sao, State BJP President Kiran Singh Deo, former minister and manifesto convenor Amar Agarwal, and MLA Sunil Soni.
