The Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR) in Jammu and Kashmir is organizing "CINE CONNECT" – a workshop on the art of cinema on February 12 at 11:00 am at the Auditorium Hall, Media Complex, Rail Head, Jammu. The objective is to strengthen the cinematic ecosystem in the Union Territory. The workshop will feature prominent figures from the film industry, including Ajay Paul Singh Andotra, actor and director; Atul Vinod Duggal, filmmaker and founder of AVD Motion Pictures; and Mir Sarwar, a well-known Bollywood actor. The speakers will share their experiences and insights into various aspects of cinema, providing practical guidance to aspiring artists and filmmakers. This initiative aims to provide valuable exposure to young talent in Jammu and Kashmir and encourage creative engagement in cinema and visual storytelling. It will also serve as an interactive platform, enabling emerging artists to connect directly with experienced industry professionals. All interested participants are invited to attend the workshop and can register online.
