New Delhi, Feb 4 (PTI) – Coriander prices surged by ₹14 to reach ₹8,126 per quintal in futures trading on Tuesday, driven by increased speculative buying and a strong trend in the spot market.

On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX), coriander futures for April delivery saw a gain of 0.17%, climbing to ₹8,126 per quintal in 20,750 lots.

Market analysts attributed the price rise to a robust demand in the spot market coupled with limited supplies from key producing regions, further strengthening the commodity's value.
