RAJOURI, FEBRUARY 12: The Directorate of Youth Services and Sports, Rajouri District, conducted Inter-Panchayat Block-Level cricket trials for boys in the Under-17 and Under-19 categories as part of the 2026 Youth Engagement Programme.
Young cricketers from various Panchayats participated, demonstrating their skills and sportsmanship. The selected players will now represent their respective blocks in the upcoming Inter-Block District-Level cricket tournament.
The initiative aims to promote sportsmanship, identify grassroots talent, and positively engage youth through structured sporting activities. Officials expressed confidence in the selected teams and reiterated their commitment to strengthening the sports culture in the district.
