Bhaderwah, February 12: In a pioneering initiative for girls under its Civic Action Programme, the CRPF launched a group of 30 underprivileged female students from remote and terrorism-affected areas of the Doda district on a "Bharat Darshan" (India Tour) on Wednesday.

The tour was inaugurated at the 33rd Battalion Headquarters, Sarna Bhaderwah, by Commandant Arun Kumar Singh, along with Doda DDC Chairman Dhananter Singh Kotwal and ADC Sunil Kumar Bhutyal.

The students will visit Dehradun, Mussoorie, and Rishikesh, as well as other prominent locations, to experience India's cultural diversity and heritage. The initiative aims to boost their confidence, broaden their exposure, and inspire them to pursue their goals.

The students expressed their gratitude to the CRPF for providing them with the opportunity to travel beyond their native region.
