
Union Minister of State for Science and Technology, Dr. Jitendra Singh, will inaugurate the Research, Industry, Start-Up, and Entrepreneurship Conclave in Chennai tomorrow. The two-day conclave is being organized by the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research units in Chennai and Karaikudi.
In an interaction with the media, Dr. N. Anandavalli, Director of the Structural Engineering Research Centre, Chennai, stated that the conclave aims to create a common platform for start-ups, MSMEs, industry leaders, academic and research institutions, and the public to promote innovation-led growth.
She informed that a Memorandum of Understanding will be exchanged between CSIR and academic institutions, along with their incubation centers, during the conclave to strengthen structured collaboration.
More than 100 exhibitors are expected to participate in the conclave. The conclave is designed to foster collaborations, showcase cutting-edge technologies, and reinforce Tamil Nadu's dynamic innovation landscape, which has been supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology.
