New Delhi, February 16 Chief Minister Rekha Gupta inaugurated a multi-level parking facility developed by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) at the Nehru Place district centre on Monday.

"Delhi is now developing due to the coordination between the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, the Delhi government, and its officials working together," Chief Minister Gupta said.

"It is unfortunate that the previous government did not work with the Centre and the Lieutenant Governor. Now that Delhi is developing, it is becoming cleaner because of this significant coordination, starting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the guidance of the Lieutenant Governor, the hard work of the Delhi government, and the dedication of our officials," Chief Minister Gupta added.

Gupta further stated that Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena has provided support to the new government at every step, which is why so many development projects are being undertaken. Saxena was also present at the event.

The Chief Minister added that this new, six-story parking facility, developed at a cost of Rs 60 crore, is a step towards addressing one of the city's biggest challenges: the lack of parking space.
