Delhi CM Rekha Gupta and Education Minister Ashish Sood Offer Prayers on Mahashivratri

New Delhi, Feb 26: Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta and Education Minister Ashish Sood marked the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri by visiting temples to offer prayers on Wednesday.

CM Gupta visited the revered Gauri Shankar Temple, where she extended her wishes to devotees of Lord Shiva. "On this sacred occasion, I extend my heartfelt greetings. I pray that Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati continue to bless everyone, bringing prosperity to our nation and the people of Delhi," she stated.

Meanwhile, Education Minister Ashish Sood visited the Jhandewalan Temple to offer his prayers, joining the devotees in seeking divine blessings.

Mahashivratri, celebrated with great reverence across India, holds special significance for devotees who observe fasts and offer prayers to Lord Shiva, seeking his grace for well-being and prosperity.
