Important cases to be heard in the Delhi High Court on Monday, February 16:
* The High Court will hear a petition seeking to fill vacant positions of chairperson and members in the Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights.
* The High Court will hear an anticipatory bail plea filed by a person accused of being part of the mob that engaged in stone pelting during a demolition exercise near the Faiz-e-Elahi mosque in Turkman Gate last month.
