According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the city is expected to experience cloudy conditions throughout the day, accompanied by thunderstorms and rainfall. The humidity level at 8:30 AM was measured at 72%.
The maximum temperature is projected to reach 23 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, the air quality index (AQI) at 9 AM stood at 111, placing it in the "moderate" category, as per data from the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB).
For reference, AQI values between 101 and 200 fall under the "moderate" category, while 201 to 300 is considered "poor," and levels above 300 indicate "very poor" to "severe" air quality.
Residents are advised to stay updated on weather conditions and prepare for possible rain and thunderstorms as the day progresses.
