Jammu, February 10: The Jammu District Administration organized an interactive awareness session on Safer Internet Day at the district headquarters to promote digital hygiene and cyber safety among government officials. The event was inaugurated by ADDC Sher Singh, with ADC Ansuya Jamwal as a special guest. District Informatics Officer and Director IT, Sanjeev Kapoor, led the session, highlighting the increasing integration of technology in workplaces and the need to upgrade digital skills. He discussed cyber threats such as phishing, safe handling of official communications, social media etiquette, and maintaining digital discipline. ADC Ansuya Jamwal urged officials to remain vigilant and adopt responsible internet practices in both professional and personal spheres.
