KISHTWAR, FEBRUARY 12: District Magistrate of Kishtwar, Pankaj Kumar Sharma, took strict action against the habitual cattle smuggler, Mushtaq Ahmed, under the Jammu and Kashmir Public Safety Act (PSA), 1978, to maintain communal harmony.
Mushtaq Ahmed, who had repeatedly violated the law despite multiple FIRs and bail, was detained following a detailed report by the SSP of Kishtwar and was taken into custody at the Bhaderwah District Jail. The DM warned that anyone involved in cattle smuggling, anti-social activities, or actions that threaten public order will face strict legal consequences.
